Processing & Production Times:
All bespoke jewellery and engagements rings are made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once your piece is complete, it will be securely packed and dispatched immediately. 

Shipping Within Australia:
We offer Free Express Shipping Australia-wide on all orders. All orders are via Australia Post Express with a signature on delivery. 

International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping times vary between 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive and email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your parcel in real time until it arrives safely.

In-Studio Collection:
Customers located in Sydney may choose to collect their jewellery in person from our appointment only office in Parramatta. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
