Return & Refund Policy - Allure Diamonds & Co.
At Allure Diamonds & Co., every piece of jewellery is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you. We take great care in ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Because all of our jewellery is made to order, custom-made, or bespoke, we do not accept returns or refunds based on change of mind.
Custom & Bespoke Orders:
All engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewellery pieces, and custom designs are final sale due to there personalised nature.
This includes any jewellery crafted with:
- Custom specifications
- Selected diamonds sizes. shapes, or qualities
- Chosen ring styles, metals, or finishes
- Engravings or modifications
These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Incorrect Item Received:
In the rare event you receive the wrong item, contact us within. 48 hours, and we will arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations:
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as materials and labour are allocated to your bespoke piece.
If an order is cancelled before production begins, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and sourcing costs.
